Hello, a couple of articles ago I promised I would upload a relaxation audio, so here it is. I created this specifically for my Substack readers. It runs about five minutes and is designed to give you a quick and effective relaxation session.
If you are really stressed at the moment, you could play it 4 or 5 times a day, but once a day will be beneficial. If you practice it a few times, you’ll probably find that you can quite quickly get yourself down to a nice deep state of relaxation any time you want to. Or just listen to it when it suits you.
It should be obvious, but please don’t play the audio while driving or operating heavy equipment, mainly because one of the first things I ask you to do is close your eyes. Let’s face it, not a good option when driving, even in a Tesla.
Find yourself a comfortable, chair, couch or bed, put your phone on silent and settle in for a calming interlude, no matter the time of day.
